Clinical Aromatherapy

Trish Green of the Balnea Institute in Burlington, ON is the most incredible source of knowledge when it comes to clinical aromatherapy used with people undergoing cancer treatment.  Every COE graduate should put an investment in this training for 2013.  Becky and I will be attending her training since there are over 150 hospitals in the UK currently utilizing essential oils in their facilities.  The key to this success and credibility in using essential oils is understanding of the oils, their chemistry, their benefits and actual blending.  Just grabbing essential oils off the shelf and mixing them up with no understanding of the blending process and quantity just not work.  Estheticians need to also clearly understand what are pure essential oils, and what are synthetic.
