CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – 2023

OTI reserves the right to change training start dates, training content or other fees at any time due to errors, omissions and/or circumstances beyond OTI’s reasonable control.

OTI reserves the right to cancel a training due to insufficient demand.

Class Minimums

In order to accommodate the many requests for our training in various locations, we now require a minimum of:

Six(6) to twelve (12) students for any training offered (depending on the training)

OTI., and it’s licensees are not responsible for travel or related costs under any circumstances. Students may want to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that minimums are not met, the training is cancelled, or they cannot attend for personal or professional reasons.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The training fee is REFUNDABLE less $75 for 30 days or more, up to a maximum of 3 (months).

The training fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel less than 30 days of the training date.

Students unable to attend the training they sign up for can apply their payment to another training date within six (6) months of the original date of the training.
